• Age At least 23 years
• Only Male

• Proven Experience in Transport Management, Fleet Management, Vehicle Management or a relevant field.

• Strong knowledge of Bangladesh traffic laws and BRTA regulations

• Ability to manage drivers and transport staff effectively

• Good communication and reporting skills

• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, MS Word)

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Manage and supervise company vehicles

• Prepare duty rosters and route plans for drivers and Vehicle team staff

• Maintain and update vehicle documents, including registration, fitness, tax token, insurance, and driving licenses

• Arrange regular servicing, maintenance, and emergency repairs of vehicles

• Monitor fuel consumption and control transport-related costs

• Maintain daily vehicle logbooks and prepare monthly transport reports

• Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Road Transport Authority (BRTA) rules and traffic laws

• Handle accidents, breakdowns, and emergency transport situations

• Coordinate with management and provide regular transport updates
