Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare B2C related Sales Development, Strategy and Planning
∎ Researching and identifying sales opportunity, generating leads, target identification and classification
∎ Lead, initiate and drive sales for the company's other products and solutions along with internet to achieve sales target and revenue goals
∎ Execute Sales Plans and organizing customer care if required
∎ Ensure the operation of a successful multi-channel sales model along with partnership program with local ISPs
∎ Understanding the client requirement and then customizing the product/services as per their needs
∎ Planning different model and campaign for attracting new customers and maintaining relationship with all potential and existing clients.
∎ Planning and managing regional marketing campaigns and events and evaluating their success.
∎ Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets and manage sales team to be professional and improve their capabilities by training in order to deliver right service and effective sales to customers to ensure a customer-centric culture and creating a well-defined growth strategy
∎ Support operation team for site survey/client communication/Site access related issues.
∎ Achieve and ensure monthly sales revenue as per sales plan

∎ IIG, ISP, Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ ISP, Telecommunication, IT Enabled Service
∎ Must have extensive experience of owning and delivering complex marketing strategies across multiple business units and products
∎ Should be aware about the current industry scenario and also have market information from reliable sources
∎ Good command in English & Bengali; both spoken and written.
∎ Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Proficiency in the use Microsoft Office
Salary: Negotiable
