Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Social Science/ Economics/ Management/ Public Administration or relevant subject from any recognised university

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall planning and implementation of the host community projects.
∎ Act as in-charge of the overall management of Host community interventions as per the specification of the programme team, programme support, finance stewardship and coordination with different stakeholders including Government and donors.
∎ Provide constructive directions/ instructions by ensuring the development of effective monitoring tools, track records of the Host Community project activities, and also by ensuring overall outcomes (action and output) regarding MIS, field monitoring and reporting and reviewing project related critical problems.
∎ Define and oversee the project's action plan and ensure on-time implementation of Host Community Activities.
∎ Identify and analyse the host community populations' needs, anticipates changes in context that would impact the project and propose solutions.
∎ Ensure effective social cohesion, host community skill development, development of the living standard, enhancement of social values and norms and so on through host community projects and interventions.
∎ Represent HCMP higher Management in different important meetings with partners, donors, and coordinating groups as applicable if and when necessary.
∎ Maintain regular communication with different donors, prepare and submit the Concept note and Project proposal and initiate fundraising activities.
∎ Maintain cordial relationship with the local administration, unions parishads, CBOs, others.
∎ Communicate on project implementation with external actors and potential partners as required.
∎ Ensure effective and efficient use of project assets and resources and oversee the local procurement as per policy.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any report-able incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 10 years' experience in managing multi donor funded projects of NGO/ INGO
∎ Robust Knowledge in strategic planning, programme development, resource mobilization
∎ Knowledge of dealing with local and international partner relations
∎ Clear knowledge on Host Community Development interventions/ activities.
∎ Exceptional capacity for managing and leading people
∎ Pro-actively seeking new ways of improving relationship with partners
∎ Aptitude of prompt problem solving
∎ Ability to overcome obstacles in internal and external relationship building
∎ Ability to analyze multiple processes and systems simultaneously
