Responsibilities & Context:
Lead respective Corporate Sales Department (CSD) team to make commercial AC sales and meet monthly sales targets.
Guide designated team to achieve business targets and create new business opportunities.
Ensure on-time bill submission of subordinates and monitor team`s credit as well as take actions for recovery.
Liable to recover outstanding credit within 90 days, but no later than 180 days.
Maintain Performance Guarantee maturity, Bank Guarantee renewal on time and relevant documentation.
Perform business analysis and confirm party balance.
Maintain compliance in business methodologies and perform relevant other duties as assigned.
