Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist the Project Manager/Technical Manager by managing client expectations through careful and proactive communications regarding requirements and changes.
∎ Working closely with colleagues, developers, testers and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction
∎ Writing Business Requirement Document [BRD]. Software Requirements Specifications [SRS], User Manual and other analysis works for various Enterprise and Web Application.
∎ Preparition of Business Requirement Document [BRD]. Software Requirements Specifications [SRS], User Manual and other analysis works for various Enterprise and Web Application.
∎ Manage change document, meeting minutes and initial requirements gathering in Excel and then in automated prototype
∎ Interpret Software System, Analyze Documents using standard modeling/techniques and provide system design.
∎ Existing system understanding and risk factor analysis and proposed to optimize and secure solution for local/international clients
∎ Prepare Software prototypes for Technical proposal and development using standard analytics tools.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 34 to 42 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good command in Speaking/Writing/Listening/Reading of both Bangla and English Language.
∎ Excellent Interpersonal Communication Skills, Leadership Skills and Team Management Skills.
∎ Excellent capability of Data Analysis
∎ Excellent capability working in .Net Platform.
∎ Very good attitude towards work as team player
∎ Work under deadline
∎ A good problem-solving attitude
∎ Database Design knowledge on RDMS
∎ Ability to work with Multiple system in parallel is highly desirable
∎ Smart documentation for System prototype system, Database Design, PPT Presentation.
∎ Very good understanding of UML, BPMN.
∎ Strong knowledge of standard RDBMS (especially MS-SQL)
∎ Strong knowledge of cross platform web service.
∎ Excellent capability in C# and ASP.Net.
