Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Lesson Plan, Routine, Effective Class Management, Modern Exam System, Various Debate, Public Speaking and ability to conduct the class in English.
∎ Monitor all aspects of the student's physical health, academic & emotional well-being and report concerns to the Principal.
∎ To contribute to discussions at parent and staff meetings.
∎ Undergo monitoring and training by the more experienced colleagues.
∎ Observe complete confidentiality of information related to the students, staff, and conduct of school operations and business.
∎ Respect of all children/staff of their ethnicities and cultures regardless.
∎ Usage of interactive and innovative teaching ideas.
∎ Respect the rules, policies, and guidelines of (Progati Model School)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Effective leadership, influencing skills, very strong interpersonal skills.
∎ Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English and Bengali.
∎ Ability to take initiative and work independently as well as collaboratively.
∎ Capacity to produce promotional materials and strong IT skills.
∎ Must be self-motivated, hardworking and flexible regarding work hour.
