∎ Competent in preparing assignments, question papers, and lesson plans
∎ Good classroom management and communication skills
∎ Ability to engage students and monitor academic progress
∎ Must maintain regular communication with guardians and respond to queries
∎ Expertise in Edexcel curriculum is mandatory
∎ Proven track record of academic achievement
∎ Must be fluent in English (spoken and written)
∎ Strong leadership in the classroom
∎ Capable of mentoring junior teachers
∎ Skilled in academic planning, exam preparation, and result management
∎ Excellent communication with students and guardians
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Subjects: Mathematics, English, Science, Geography, History, Economics
∎ Subjects: Mathematics, Accounting, Business Studies, Commerce, Chemistry
∎ Working Days: 5 (Sunday to Thursday)
∎ Office Hour: 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM
∎ Department: Teaching
∎ Plan and deliver curriculum-aligned lessons effectively
∎ Design and assess assignments, homework, and exams
∎ Monitor student performance and provide academic guidance
∎ Maintain discipline and create a positive classroom environment
∎ Communicate regularly with parents/guardians
∎ Participate in staff meetings, training, and school programs
∎ For Senior Teachers: Lead academic initiatives and support faculty development
∎ Junior Section - English Teacher
∎ Mid Section - Subject Teachers
∎ Senior Section - Expert Subject Teachers
