1. Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the school's curriculum and academic standards.

2. Create a positive, inclusive, and student-centered learning environment that promotes academic excellence and personal development.

3. Assess, evaluate, and monitor students' academic progress through classwork, assignments, examinations, and continuous assessments.

4. Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student performance.

5. Provide constructive feedback to students and parents regarding academic progress and behavioral development.

6. Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning needs and abilities.

7. Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, worksheets, and other instructional resources.

8. Manage classroom discipline and ensure a safe, respectful, and productive learning environment.

9. Participate in parent-teacher meetings, school events, workshops, and professional development programs.

10. Collaborate with colleagues, department heads, and school management to enhance teaching quality and curriculum delivery.

11. Support students' social, emotional, and moral development through guidance and mentoring.

12. Utilize educational technology and digital learning tools to enhance classroom instruction.

13. Assist in organizing co-curricular and extracurricular activities, educational trips, and school programs.

14. Ensure compliance with school policies, academic regulations, and safeguarding procedures.

15. Contribute to curriculum review, assessment planning, and continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
