Job Context:
∎ About School: Ethereal, the first English Medium School in Feni following Cambridge Curriculum with Islamic education, wants to hire a highly qualified and experienced Principal. This unique institute is going to start academic session from 2023 to provide state-of-the-art educational facilities, qualified teachers team and a conducive learning environment for learners.
∎ We are looking for passionate English, Mathematics, Science, Geography, Islam, ICT and Pre-school Teachers who can teach the kids with motherly love. All applicants must be techno-savvy and highly proficient in English.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct classes, prepare syllabus, session plan, scheme of work and lesson plan.
∎ Prepare question papers and mark schemes for the subject assigned.
∎ All academic responsibilities related to student's exam and parents' dealing.
∎ Prepare lecture materials and PowerPoint presentations for the classes.
∎ Evaluate students' assignments and written works.
∎ Plan and implement effective classroom management practices.
∎ Improve class interaction and participation through fun activities.
∎ Design and implement effective strategies to develop self-responsible and independent learners.
∎ Engage students in active, hands-on, creative problem-based learning, and promote research activities.
∎ Ability to communicate and mix with children as their age level.
∎ Be versatile and perform different activities like storytelling, dramatics, dancing, etc. to teach children in different ways.
∎ Provide one-on-one attention to all the children and assess them on their social and learning skills.
∎ Support the development of student portfolios in line with agreed school practices
∎ Get actively involved with ECA clubs and events of the School.
∎ Participates in training and presentations pertaining to professional development.
∎ Taking initiatives and perform other assigned administrative, comparable, or transient duties, which are within the area of knowledge and skills required by this job description.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ 3 years teaching experience preferable in English Medium School. Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
∎ The applicants should have professional experience of teaching and training.
∎ Models professional and ethical standards when dealing with students, parents, colleagues and community.
∎ Excellent communication skills in English - both spoken and written.
∎ Preferable knowledge of CAIE curriculum/ syllabus on the subject.
∎ Meets professional obligations through efficient work habits; such as: meeting deadlines, honouring schedules, coordinating.
∎ Can maintain good professional working relationships with colleagues, Line Manager and administrators.
∎ Applicants should be practicing Muslims.

Salary:
∎ 10,000/- to 30,000/- (Negotiable as per experienced and qualification).
