Job Responsibilities:
∎ Your Key Responsibilities:
∎ Creating powerful content with impact and reach. It is crucial to understand global social media trends.
∎ Collaborate with the executives/marketing team, playing a key part in developing/executing brand strategy and content plans.
∎ Write copy to accompany social media content, internal communications and campaign materials.
∎ Plan, create and develop engaging and on-brand material such as videos, graphic tiles and photography for our promotional campaigns, social media and digital platforms.
∎ Digital content creation for use across social channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube and etc). Having a priority in developing and executing an organic social media strategy.
∎ Website maintenance skills will be highly regarded.
∎ Analyze and generate reports on marketing metrics and adjust the content strategy as needed to improve engagement, reach, followers, traffic & conversions.
∎ Engage with followers and customers on social media platforms to increase brand awareness and drive sales with a professional, positive, customer focused attitude.
∎ SEO optimization: Conduct keyword research, perform on/off page SEO optimization and apply SEO best practices to enhance organic search.
∎ Create, proof and post informative and engaging blog posts aligned with SEO targets.
∎ Design and develop other various forms of content marketing including Posters, Signage, Brand Decks, Merch, EDMs etc.
∎ Report and analysis of social media performance (monthly and post-campaign).
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent design skills with ability to think creatively and experimentally.
∎ Excellent copy-writing skills with an understanding of a suitable tone for the audience. Strong proficiency in English is a MUST.
∎ Outstanding attention to detail.
∎ Stay up to date with current social media trends across all platforms.
∎ Confidence in tackling various forms of graphic design from advertising to packaging and identity design.
∎ Strong project management skills, with the ability to produce quality work, to multitask, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
∎ Work well independently and also within a fast-paced team environment.
∎ Source, plan and implement suitable Influencer collaborations.
∎ Expert in Adobe Creative Suite programs such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Figma, InDesign, Illustrator and Bridge/Lightroom.
