∎ Receive & make calls to the potential customers/prospect/Sales Lead.
∎ Capable of handling customer queries professionally.
∎ Communicate clearly over the phone and demonstrate good listening skills.
∎ Must be talkative & someone who can understand some basic English.
∎ Keep records of all conversations in the database in a comprehensive way.
∎ Collect customer feedback & ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Meet monthly personal/ team qualitative and quantitative targets.
