Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collect, clean, and preprocess data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
∎ Develop interactive and informative dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Tableau.
∎ Analyze data trends, patterns, and anomalies to provide actionable insights.
∎ Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data-related needs and translate them into effective visualizations.
∎ Interpret complex data sets and present findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
∎ Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and relevant metrics to track business performance and make informed decisions.
∎ Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency throughout the analysis process.
∎ Investigate and resolve data quality issues or discrepancies.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, business analysts, and other stakeholders, to support data-driven initiatives.
∎ Provide insights and recommendations to drive business growth, efficiency, and innovation.
∎ Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to data analysis and visualization.
∎ Continuously improve and optimize dashboards and visualizations based on user feedback and changing business requirements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline. Some positions might require a master's degree for more advanced roles.
∎ Proficiency in using Tableau for data visualization and dashboard creation.
∎ Solid understanding of data manipulation, transformation, and analysis using tools like SQL.
∎ Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and relational databases.
∎ Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to uncover insights from data.
∎ Ability to translate complex data sets into understandable visualizations.
∎ Excellent communication skills to convey findings, insights, and recommendations to various stakeholders.
∎ A keen eye for detail to ensure data accuracy and quality in visualizations.
∎ Ability to tackle complex business challenges and provide data-driven solutions.
∎ Capacity to work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals.
∎ Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, techniques, and technologies as the field evolves.
Salary:
∎ 30000 - 45000 Taka (Negotiable)
