Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing contents across multiple platforms.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team for ideation to create engaging and creative content for digital marketing campaigns, including social media posts, blog articles, and email newsletters.
∎ Conduct market research to identify industry trends and customer insights, and apply this knowledge to optimize digital marketing initiatives.
∎ Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools, and provide recommendations for improvement based on data-driven insights.
∎ Assist in the execution of performance tracking & campaign execution.
∎ Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, and share insights with the team.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Recently completed an undergraduate degree in any field from a reputed university.
∎ This Position is strictly for Night Shift. Candidates who does not want to work at Night Shift, should not apply.
∎ Strong interest in digital marketing and eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Proficiency in using social media platforms, such as Facebook,Youtube, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
∎ Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (prior experience is a plus).
∎ Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions.
∎ Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas for marketing campaigns.
∎ Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
∎ You have a competitive and proactive attitude.
∎ A good sense of humor that you incorporate into your work.

Salary:
∎ 15000 taka (Fixed)
