Windows Server Administration:

• Windows server 2008 – 2022
• AD, LDAP, DHCP, RDP, etc. 

Linux Server Administration:

• Red Hat 7 to latest version
• Centos 6 to latest version
• Ubuntu 10.04 to latest version 

Virtualization:

• VMwareESXI Virtualization vCentre, VSAN, vMotion SvMotion 

Web Server:

• Apache server on Linux & Windows including load balance
• Nginx server on Linux & Windows including load balance
• IIS Windows
• Xampp, LAMP and Wamp server 

Database Server:

• MSSQL server 2012, 2014, 2016, 2019
• MySQL 5.7 to latest version
• MariaDB
• Oracle

Networking:

• Mikrotik Router OS
• TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.
• Firewalls
• VPNs

• Install, configure, operate, and secure physical and virtual server and storage environments

• Deploy and manage Windows and Linux platforms hosting web, database, mail, DNS, and other enterprise services

• Administer cloud-based infrastructure across multiple service providers

• Enforce IAM, OS and application security, endpoint protection, DLP, and access control standards

• Perform regular patching, vulnerability remediation, and CIS-compliant system hardening

• Ensure reliable backup, recovery, and disaster recovery capabilities

• Handle incident, change, and problem management in accordance with ITIL frameworks

• Deliver Level-2 support for operating systems, server applications, antivirus, and related system issues

• Maintain accurate asset inventory and lifecycle records for all server and system resources

• Liaise with vendors and service partners for technical support and issue resolution

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet SLAs and service delivery targets

• Develop and maintain documentation, including policies, procedures, SOPs, build guides, project records, and issue and risk registers
