Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Computer, Diploma in Engineering, Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Customer Support Call receive ,Complain Note-down, Remote support, service monitoring ,Operate different services ,Report creation .
∎ Direct client support and client visit
∎ Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration
∎ The Setting, installing testing and maintaining operating systems, application software and system management tools
∎ IPV4, IPV6 knowledge, IP address planning, Local Network, Public Network.
∎ Maintain all the Departmental activities, prepare all documentation of the running system and update the version control of documentation periodically as a part of SOP (Standard Operating Procedure)
∎ Configure Mikrotik, OLT and other network devices.
∎ Network monitoring regular basis.
Salary: Tk. 7000 - 14000 (Monthly)
