∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Master of Science (MSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
∎ Certification in Networking and Systems Administration
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Cisco, Dell, Linux
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
IT Enabled Service, ISP, Computer Hardware/Network Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ LAN/WLAN/Intranet/Internet link installation and troubleshooting
∎ Cisco Router, Switch and WiFi Router configuration
∎ Various application configuration and OS troubleshooting includes Linux, CentOS, Windows Server 2012/2016
∎ End user support and customer service management including mail configuration, PPTP, L2TP VPN configuration
∎ Monitoring service and network proactively
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Customer service skills
∎ Basic hardware and Datacenter experience is a plus
∎ Experience with Active directory
∎ Knowledge on domain hosting & parking
∎ Linux mail server, DNS
∎ Experience with file server, RAID configuration
∎ Have worked with managed switch (VLAN, STP, Trunking) for networking
Salary: Tk. 35000 - 40000 (Monthly)
