Educational Requirements:
∎ B. Sc in computer Science & Engineering from any reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understand customer requirements, collecting information from customer and provide technical solution and support.
∎ Deal directly with client over telephone or face to face at client premises if needed.
∎ Good communication skills - verbal and written in English.
∎ Keep interdepartmental communication to sync sales, operation and technical team.
∎ Follow up new customer commissioning issues from start to end process.
∎ Server and hardware, operating systems, software and procedures aligned with organizational standards and strategic business plan.
∎ Virtualization with VMware vSphere ESXi, VirtualBox (install, configure, manage and troubleshoot).
∎ Interested to work with Cloud and latest storage technology.
∎ Performing operating system, software, firmware updates, upgrades and patches.
∎ Manage Hosting and Mail service using Plesk / Cpanel / WHMCS hosting control panel.
∎ Working with Zimbra & Postfix/Exim mail server.
∎ Working with Barracuda Email Security Gateway.
∎ Monitoring system event logs, performance logs, growth of data on the network, and checking the status of periodical server backups.
∎ Candidates must have professional trainings on CCNA, VMware, Red Hat and MikroTik.
∎ Professional certifications on relevant field will be considered as an advantage.
∎ Must have curiosity to learn new things and able to deliver the best as possible.
∎ Must have intention to work at NOC and also at client premises as required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Telecommunication Engineer
∎ Organized, highly self-managed and self -starting.
∎ Strong sense of responsibility
∎ Energetic, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
