Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of high-performing sales professionals, fostering a collaborative and goal-oriented environment.
∎ Developing and executing sales strategies aligned with the company's goals and market trends, ensuring revenue growth and market expansion.
∎ Building and nurturing strong relationships with key clients, understanding their requirements, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
∎ Define the approach for the overall sale of new business and implement effectively.
∎ Direct the Sales team in generating proposals that define a clear path to client satisfaction and revenue growth.
∎ Has strong influencing, problem-solving and negotiation skills.
∎ Have a good understanding of IT market demand and customer purchasing behaviors.
∎ Establish internal guidelines for personal data protection based on applicable legislation, to manage customer data.
∎ Foster relationships with new partners to achieve desired revenue.
∎ Promote positive relationships with major clients to understand their needs.
∎ Provide input on sales incentive structure and key performance indicators to help monitor targets.
∎ Review sales performance by analyzing performance reports.
∎ Developing accurate sales forecasts, tracking sales metrics, and reporting performance to senior management regularly.
∎ Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs to tailor strategies accordingly.
∎ Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients, partners, and shareholders.
∎ Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and operations teams to drive holistic business success.
∎ Prepare and Submit Summary Weekly Works Report to CEO.
