Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) from any reputed University. Candidates from BUET will be given preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
∎ Troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and other network and system problems.
∎ Maintaining Active Directory, Exchange Server, File Server, Print Server, Server Configuration, Access Control, etc.
∎ Configure and deploy network devices at various locations to ensure smooth network connectivity anywhere within the office.
∎ Maintain and troubleshoot data connectivity of the office computers.
∎ Assist in deploying new network-related hardware and software.
∎ Plan, assist and design new LAN & Wi-Fi expansion in offices.
∎ Communicate with vendors for data connectivity-related issues and resolve the problem.
∎ Maintaining IT switches routers, firewalls, inventory, and checking physical connectivity.
∎ Installation, maintenance monitoring (if required) of attendance machines.
∎ Maintain Troubleshoot, and Deploy IT networks.
∎ Provide helpdesk support for networking-related issues.
∎ Any others jobs as and when required for the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2 to 3 years' experience required. Experience with brokerage houses will be given preference.
