∎ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain and optimize both on-premises and cloud environments while ensuring stability, availability, and performance.
∎ Ensure the reliability, efficiency, and scalability of security gateway, network infrastructure, and data storage systems.
∎ Automate tasks and script repetitive processes to enhance operational efficiency, minimize downtime, and reduce manual intervention.
∎ Identify and diagnose system issues, promptly taking corrective actions, and escalating as needed to ensure timely resolution.
∎ Ensure system security by implementing robust security policies and procedures that adhere to industry standards and regulations.
∎ Stay abreast of the latest technology trends and best practices and share knowledge with the team.
∎ Maintain regular backups of critical data and system configurations, and implement recovery plans to mitigate the impact of system failures.
∎ Develop and maintain system documentation, operating procedures, and policies ensuring compliance with industry standards.
∎ Collaborate closely with other teams to ensure the seamless integration and delivery of critical services.
∎ Provide technical assistance to end-users, developers, and other teams.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in managing and maintaining hybrid infrastructure, including on-premises and cloud environments.
∎ Strong proficiency in Linux, Hypervisor, Networking and cloud infrastructure is required.
∎ Proficient in scripting languages such as Bash or Python, with knowledge in automation and configuration management tools.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
∎ Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment, be readily available when needed, and excel under pressure.
∎ Professional certifications in Linux, Hypervisor, Networking and Cloud Infrastructure are an added advantage.
∎ As a System Administrator joining our System Operations Team, you will have a crucial role in maintaining the seamless operation of our critical systems, thereby contributing to the overall success of our organization.
