Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate with the development and QA teams to understand project requirements and design effective test strategies.
∎ Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Cypress.io for web applications.
∎ Execute and analyze test results, identify and report defects, and work with the development team to resolve issues.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure testing aligns with business objectives.
∎ Contribute to the improvement of testing processes and best practices.
∎ Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in testing methodologies.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2/3 year(s) of relevant experience in automated testing.
∎ Proven experience as a Test Engineer or similar role.
∎ Strong proficiency in Cypress.io for web application testing.
∎ Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
∎ Experience with test automation frameworks and tools.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
∎ Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
∎ Good understanding of SDLC, Software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
∎ Experienced with Agile Development Process.
∎ Experience on different project management tools (JIRA).
∎ Must have experience on UI automation frameworks (Cypress / Selenium Web Driver).
∎ Experience on API Automation framework.
∎ Experience on Performance testing tool (Gatling/ JMeter).
∎ Knowledge of OOP, JavaScript, Typescript, Node.js & HTML/CSS.
∎ Experience with any relational database (Preferably Oracle RDBMS).
∎ Basic knowledge on source control (git, bitbucket).
