Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Order follow-up/co-ordination
∎ Follow up orders with vendors, customers, and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery
∎ Review and confirm purchase orders
∎ Handle customer's inquiries
∎ Monitor and check production status
∎ Follow up with planning/production/commercial team & ensure shipment move on time
∎ Provide advice on design and samples to meet customers' requirements
∎ Perform other duties as assigned by management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Strong spoken and written communication skills in English
∎ Should have strong analytical ability
∎ Should be able to work under pressure and for long time.
∎ The applicant should be dynamic, well organized & have good personality.

Salary: Negotiable
