Job Context:
∎ Resource Integration Centre (RIC) is a national NGO since 1981 in Bangladesh. RIC is going to implement Shongzog project- aims to increase use of access to Post-Partum Family Planning (PPFP) and to improved coverage & timing of PNC among First-Time Parents (FTPs) between 15-24 years of age. The project is funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and technical supported by Save the Children International in Bangladesh. The project`s implementation areas are 2 upazila like as kabirhat and Companigonj upazila under Noakhali district. RIC is seeking application from the potential candidate for the below mentioned positions:
∎ Noakhali Regional & District Project Office.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide all necessary supports to admin & program personnel.
∎ Ensure all office equipment's & logistics timely to keep smooth official work.
∎ Provide supports to admin for general banking and courier service.
∎ Carry and deliver messages and letters internally and externally.
∎ Attend various trainings to support with training materials and IT equipment.
∎ Arrange/booking transport tickets or vehicle hire for senior and foreign staff or project needed.
∎ Store management and updates.
∎ To cooperate/carryon in any duty and responsibility under the direction of the higher authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ 5 years of working experience in the relevant field
∎ Demonstrable experience in working in any NGO/Project office and closely work with foreign guest.
∎ Being able to read and write English will be considered as an additional qualification.
Salary: Tk. 17500 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Yearly Increment, 2 Festival bonus and T&DA as per organization's policy
