Position Overview: We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Associate to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficiency of our supply chain processes, contributing to the continued success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Maintain detailed inventory files for each location and warehouse, ensuring accurate stock counts and timely replenishment.

• Inventory Movement Tracking: Keep track of inventory movement to ensure effective stock control and visibility.

• Quality Control: Monitor product quality upon receipt, reporting any discrepancies or issues to ensure standards are met.

• Order Processing: Process purchase orders in the system, ensuring all products are reviewed with the provided packing list.

• Barcode Management: Barcode products in a timely manner to facilitate accurate tracking and inventory management.

• Reporting: Generate stock reports as required, providing insights into inventory levels and order status.

• Stock Audits: Conduct monthly or scheduled visits to retail outlets for stock audits, ensuring compliance with company policies and accuracy in inventory records.

• Supplier Coordination: Communicate with suppliers to confirm orders, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships.

• Data Entry and Reporting: Input and maintain accurate data in supply chain management systems, generating performance metrics and inventory reports.

• Logistics Coordination: Assist in coordinating transportation and logistics for incoming and outgoing shipments.

• Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in supply chain processes and suggest solutions to enhance efficiency.

• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer service, and warehouse staff, to support overall supply chain operations.
