Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Basic knowledge on Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Inventory are required
∎ Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from any university/ college is essential preferably in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Pharmacy, Economics, Statistics, Supply Chain (if any).
∎ Technical diploma/PGD in supply chain/ logistics/procurement is desirable
∎ At least 6 months professional working experience on relevant field is required
∎ Experience more than 6 months but less than 2 year is essential
∎ Proven understanding of MSF Field mission, Gender Equality, Supply Chain Sustainability are desirable
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Performing the day to day activities ensuring an efficient running of the administration processes of the supply activities following the supply procedures according to MSF standards and protocols. The activities can include one or more of the following areas but not limited by those:
∎ Assist in preparing and processing purchase orders, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to procurement policies and procedures.
∎ Collaborate with suppliers to confirm order details, delivery schedules, and resolve any discrepancies.
∎ Track and monitor purchase orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services.
∎ Support the Procurement in maintaining relationships with suppliers and vendors.
∎ Assist in evaluating supplier performance and conducting periodic supplier assessments.
∎ Monitor stock levels and collaborate with the Supply Chain Supervisor & Storekeeper to plan stock replenishments.
∎ Provide assistance in warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
∎ Collaborate with warehouse personnel to maintain a well-organized and efficient warehouse environment.
∎ Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and relevant regulatory standards.
∎ Assist in conducting quality checks, sample verification on incoming goods to ensure they meet the required specifications.
∎ Prepare and maintain supply chain-related documents, including contracts tracker, Invoice tracker, Supply Plan, Delivery notes, Procurement and Inventory Archiving etc.
∎ Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency within the supply chain function.
∎ Collaborate with the team to implement best practices and optimize supply chain processes.
∎ Ensuring that all necessary tools and management procedures are followed to avoid stock ruptures, losses and excess stocks in the mission
∎ Performing delegated tasks according to his / her activity(ies) and as specified in his/her job description
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
