Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sewing Supervisor:
∎ Produce the garments as per target & production.
∎ To ensure timely input from cutting section.
∎ Collect all kind of Accessories from respective section.
∎ Maintain discipline in the line.
∎ To maintain COC & Quality requirement.
∎ If found any problem measures to be taken to solve the problem.
∎ Monitor every employees as though he/she make sure their better output.
∎ Ensure to health environment at workplace.
∎ Finishing Supervisor:
∎ Start work by taking the approval with buyer guideline from the buyer representative.
∎ Keep the garments what will be folding in right place and way.
∎ Follow up about the folding of goods are maintain as the instruction of order sheet and existing quality rule.
∎ All time Communicate with quality department who work in finishing section for ensuring about folding, poly, hangtag’s quality.
∎ To ensure own your department meets production goals for the company.
∎ Ensure to health environment at workplace.
∎ Cutting Supervisor: (Vacant Post 2)
∎ Sound Knowledge about cutting production process, Pattern, Marker Making, Cutting machine, Spreader machine & Sharp tools maintain etc.
∎ Take all responsibilities for the cutting section & maintain worker on the cutting floor.
∎ Cut the good as ratio & order keep accordingly.
∎ Buyer wise rib approval received.
∎ Rib cutting and input as per line requirement.
∎ Proper shade & batch maintain in rib spreading.
∎ Ensure to health environment at workplace.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have experience in Sewing / Finishing / Cutting of Knit Garments.
∎ Leadership skill.
∎ Communication skill.
∎ Computer Literacy like MS Word, Excel etc.
∎ Positive professional attitude & self-motivated;
∎ Inter-personal skill.
