∎ Diploma in Computer

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): IT Support, Mobile Application Support

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Configure new system, ensure IT related training to the Field user & issue hardware to user
∎ Solve daily secondary system related problems / issues from Sales Field Force
∎ Handle new requisition for hardware, assess the need and arrange the approval from management.
∎ Prepare the installment deduction advice for accounts & HR
∎ Manage the TAB inventory/ servicing issue with vendor and day to day IT operation
∎ Will be a team player of MIS & IT Department
∎ Countrywide travel for MIS Support (as and when required by Company)
∎ Have to receive IT related problems over the mobile phone from field level & provide solutions

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 18000 - 20000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Profit share, Provident fund, Insurance, Gratuity, Over time allowance
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
