Responsibilities & Context:
Monitor and improve last-mile delivery operations for efficiency.
Maintain a 95%+ successful order delivery rate.
Achieve outlet-wise sales targets across assigned locations.
Ensure outlet-wise Customer Count (CC) targets are met consistently.
Ensure a minimum of 100% customer satisfaction through timely delivery and service quality monitoring.
Supervise rider attendance, behavior, and performance
Ensure compliance with fuel efficiency standards – each rider must achieve 45 kilometers per liter of fuel.
Provide feedback and guidance to improve rider output.
Prepare and submit daily and monthly sales reports.
Maintain daily and monthly bike log reports to ensure accurate tracking of vehicle usage.
Maintain a detailed and up-to-date Bike Log Register
