- Supervise and train employees.
- Preparing work schedules.

- Assigning responsibilities to production employees.
- Ensuring all equipment is functioning properly.
- Plans employees shifts and work schedules.
- Communicating with other manufacturing departments.
- Managing Workflow.
- Compiling production records.
- Identifying and troubleshooting production issues.
- Maintaining Quality Service.
- Prepare and submit performance reports.
- Maintain Quality Management.
- Maintain Safety Management.
- Seek employee feedback.
