Additional Requirements:
- Working experience in abroad in similar role is preferred.
- Understanding of civil engineering principles and construction materials.
- Ability to use construction tools, leveling instruments, and surveying equipment. Knowledge of quality control, safety regulations, and worksite compliance.
- Experience with concrete work, steel structures, formwork, and finishing.
- Ability to speak and understand English.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Knowledge of construction materials and methods of work Plumber, Shutter Carpenter, Steel Fixture, Scaffolder, Painter.
- Proficiency in design and construction software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar)·
- Oversee the construction process, including supervising construction workers, ensuring adherence to timelines, and coordinating various aspects of the project.
- Conduct surveys and site investigations to assess environmental, soil, and other conditions for project feasibility.
- Ensure that all projects adhere to local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental laws.
- Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them during construction and in the long-term operation of infrastructure.
- Address technical challenges that arise during the project lifecycle, from planning through construction.
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, mathematics, and physics·
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
