Experience:

• 10 to 15 years

• Diploma in Civil
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

• 10 to 15 years

• Working experience in abroad in similar role is preferred.
• Understanding of civil engineering principles and construction materials.
• Ability to use construction tools, leveling instruments, and surveying equipment. Knowledge of quality control, safety regulations, and worksite compliance. 
• Experience with concrete work, steel structures, formwork, and finishing.  
• Ability to speak and understand English.

• Knowledge of construction materials and methods of work Plumber, Shutter Carpenter, Steel Fixture, Scaffolder, Painter.     
• Proficiency in design and construction software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar)· 
• Oversee the construction process, including supervising construction workers, ensuring adherence to timelines, and coordinating various aspects of the project.
• Conduct surveys and site investigations to assess environmental, soil, and other conditions for project feasibility.
• Ensure that all projects adhere to local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental laws.
• Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them during construction and in the long-term operation of infrastructure.
• Address technical challenges that arise during the project lifecycle, from planning through construction.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles, mathematics, and physics·      
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
