Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC, Diploma in Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ We are looking for Production Supervisor- Furniture Manufacturing Industry (Factory:- Painadi, Mizmizi, Siddirganj, NarayanGanj)
∎ Plan, organize, direct and co-ordinate the total activities of the Factory.
∎ Clear knowledge in RM, CKD wooden, boards and metal furniture fabrication, wood treatment and seasoning process, surface coating process of wooden/board furniture, metal surface treatment and coating, packaging and storing of FG.
∎ Prepare production plan, flow sheet and achieve production target.
∎ control wastage of RM and man-machine hour.
∎ Have good knowledge on labour law, floor administration, environment, fire and safety rolls.
∎ Achieve optimum productivity, efficiency and quality excellence through use of manpower, material, machinery/equipment and other physical assets employed in the Factory.
∎ Ensure proper accomplishment of (i) R & D activities, (ii) Raw material quality control, (iii) Process Control, (iv) Finished products quality control.
∎ Ensure lean management and reduce inventory.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

∎ Self-motivated and energetic
∎ Problem solving & decision making skill
∎ Possess excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skill
∎ Ready to work long hour in factory environment
∎ Able to work under pressure in a team with responsibility
∎ Very Good in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel & MS Power Point) and email communication
