Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer management or sales is preferred.
• Basic computer skills are required (for online sales and shop management).
• Friendly, polite, and professional attitude.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of sales or retail operations is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic retail environment.
• Familiarity with POS software is an advantage (training will be provided if needed).
• Punctual, responsible, and customer-focused.

We operate a super shop in Upashahar, Rajshahi, serving as the sales gateway for Master Agro Co.’s products. Our shop serves a growing community of over 1,000 registered member customers, offering them quality products and excellent service.

We are currently looking for experienced female candidates to join our team.

Work Details:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer service and client relationships on the shop floor.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment with a strong sense of cleanliness.
• Demonstrate good manners, honesty, and reliability in daily tasks.
• Assist in online sales management and shop operations.

Additional Responsibilities:

POS Operations:

• Support the billing process using POS (Point of Sale) software; handle cash and digital payments with accuracy and care.

Inventory Management:

• Follow FIFO (First-In-First-Out) and LIFO (Last-In-First-Out) methods for product rotation and stock arrangement to ensure freshness and minimize waste.

Product Display:

• Help organize and restock shelves; ensure that displays are clean, well-arranged, and visually appealing.

Reporting:

• Assist the floor manager in basic data entry, stock checks, and reporting daily sales or stock movement when required.
