∎ Currently pursuing or recently completed HSC / BBA / Honors , or a related field.

∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Basic understanding of sales or retail operations is a plus.
∎ Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic retail environment.
∎ Familiarity with POS software is an advantage (training will be provided if needed).
∎ Punctual, responsible, and customer-focused.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist customers in selecting products, answering queries, and providing product literature to help them make informed choices.
∎ Support the billing process using POS (Point of Sale) software; handle cash and digital payments with accuracy and care.
∎ Follow FIFO (First-In-First-Out) and LIFO (Last-In-First-Out) methods for product rotation and stock arrangement to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
∎ Maintain a friendly and professional attitude, ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers and gathering feedback where needed.
∎ Help organize and restock shelves; ensure that displays are clean, well-arranged, and visually appealing.
∎ Assist the floor manager in basic data entry, stock checks, and reporting daily sales or stock movement when required.
∎ Practical experience in retail floor operations
∎ Exposure to customer service and product management
∎ Hands-on learning with POS and inventory software
∎ Internship Certificate upon successful completion
