Additional Requirements: Experience and Competencies:
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in project management, preferably in policy advocacy or social development.
- Experience working on ageing issues or with older people will be considered a strong advantage.
- Strong skills in coordination, communication, and report writing.
- Proven ability to work independently and under pressure in complex field situations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual office platforms (Zoom, Teams, Google Workspace, etc).
- Willingness to travel regularly to project sites.

Responsibilities & Context: Background:
Resource Integration Centre (RIC) is a national non-governmental organization (NGO) that has been working in Bangladesh since 1981. RIC is currently implementing the project titled “Improved Income Security through Strengthened Intergenerational Groups for Older People in Bangladesh (ISIGOP),” funded by the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), Germany. The project is being implemented in Pirojpur Sadar, Narsingdi Sadar and Palash, and Dhaka City (Khilgaon) for the period August 2024 to March 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and organize regular meetings of the Intergenerational Self-Help Club (ISHC).
- Conduct engagement meetings with local leaders, elected representatives (LGIs), and relevant service providers.
- Coordinate day-to-day project activities and events in alignment with the strategic objectives and goals of the ISIGOP project.
- Support team members and ensure effective implementation and monitoring of the field.
