Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide the customer service directly and also ensure Sub Branch officers are providing seamless excellent customer service and handle complaints with professionalism.
∎ Drive sales initiatives to achieve individual and Sub Branch business budget as per quarterly KPI as well as monitoring of Business achievement against KPI.
∎ Formulate sales and service strategy for the Sub Branch to ensure business growth and smooth functioning of the Sub Branch
∎ Ensure Branch operations are compliant with the relevant rules and regulations and internal policies

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 years' experience in Branch Banking preferably in Customer Service or Relationship Management.
∎ Strong knowledge in relationship Management, strong communication skills, customer handling, attention to details, Project management, Problem Solving, Conflict Management, Stakeholder Management, Inter-personal, Negotiation etc.
