Experience:

• At least 3 years

• 03 to 06 years’ experience in a reputed commercial Bank / major financial institution in related field.

• However, candidate with extra ordinary education / professional qualification may apply with less experience.

• At least 3 years

• Candidates with prior experience as In-Charge of Sub Branch, Manager Operations / Deputy Manager, Credit and General Banking In-charge with expertise in deposit mobilization will be given preference.

• Fresh Candidates do not need to apply.

• Candidates having break of service do not need to apply.

• Must have good expertise on Microsoft Officer as well as experience of handling core banking system and related business intelligence.

• Unquestioned commitment to integrity and ethical decision-making.

• Must have customer focused attitude

• Manage overall operations of the Sub-Branch, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning and excellent customer service.

• Drive business growth by actively marketing bank products and services to acquire new clients.

• Prepare and implement business plans to achieve deposits, loans, and profitability objectives.

• Optimize operational efficiency and cost control while ensuring service excellence.

• Handle customer issues and disputes effectively, maintaining strong relationships with the clients and promoting financial literacy.

• Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and audit guidelines to maintain governance standards.

• Provide leadership and guidance to Sub-Branch staff, ensuring high productivity, engagement, and professional development.

• Any other work / responsibility as and when assigned by the supervisor or Management of the Bank.
