Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise and execute civil construction works for substations, including foundations, control room buildings, cable trenches, roads, drains, and boundary walls.
Ensure all civil works are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Coordinate with Clients, contractors, vendors, and site teams for smooth execution of civil activities.
Monitor quality of materials and workmanship; ensure compliance with relevant standards and safety regulations.
Prepare and verify measurements, work progress reports, and bills.
Assist in site inspections, testing, and handover activities.
Identify site issues and support corrective actions to avoid delays or quality lapses.
Maintain proper documentation related to drawings, reports, and site records.
Ensure adherence to workplace safety, environmental, and company policies.
