• Diploma in Medical Faculty (DMF) from a recognized institute.

• Valid registration with Bangladesh Medical & Dental Council (BMDC) or relevant authority.

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital, Clinic

• Age 25 to 40 years

• 3-5 years of experience in hospitals or clinics.

• OT Assist/ICU/NICU/SCANU experience will be preferred.

• Strong communication skills and a patient-friendly attitude.

Job Summary

The Sub Assistant Community Medical Officer (SACMO) will support doctors in providing primary healthcare services, assist in patient care, and ensure proper implementation of medical procedures according to hospital guidelines.

Job Responsibilities – SACMO

• Indoor and outdoor patient management

• Assist in OT / minor procedures

• Manage fresh patient orders and lab requests

• Participate in patient admission, referral, and discharge processes.

• Record patient history, vital signs, and medical data accurately

• Administer injections, dressings, and basic medical procedures under supervision

• Monitor patient progress and report to the medical officers.

• Maintain proper patient records and documentation

• Ensure proper use and maintenance of medical equipment

• Follow hospital protocols, safety, hygiene, and infection control guidelines

• Perform duties in the Emergency Department when required and follow duty rosters as needed.

• Mandatory participation in hospital rounds with the medical officers.

• Support doctors in consultations, referrals, and follow-up care
