• Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)

• MBBS or equivalent degree from a recognized medical college

• Valid registration with Bangladesh Medical & Dental Council (BMDC)

• 1 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Clinic

• Age 25 to 40 years

• 1–5 years of experience in hospitals or clinics

• OT Assist

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Patient-friendly and professional attitude

Job Summary

The Medical Officer will be responsible for providing high-quality healthcare services, diagnosing and treating patients, supervising clinical activities, and ensuring proper implementation of hospital medical protocols.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct patient consultations and examinations

• Diagnose and prescribe treatments, medications, and follow-up care

• Supervise indoor and outdoor patient management

• Participate in patient admission, referral, and discharge processes.

• Review and interpret laboratory and diagnostic reports.

• Explain diagnosis, treatment plans, and medication usage clearly to patients and attendants.

• Assist in minor procedures and perform emergency care when required

• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

• Perform duties in the Emergency Department when required.

• Patient and attendant counseling.

• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, safety, hygiene, and infection control guidelines.

• Collaborate with nurses, technicians, and other healthcare professionals

• Mandatory participation in hospital rounds.

• Provide guidance and supervision to junior medical staff and trainees

• Maintain medical ethics and patient confidentiality at all times.
