Job Summary

The Clinical Physiotherapist & Department Head will lead the Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation Department, supervise all physiotherapy activities, develop treatment plans, and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Job Location-Kadamtala, Tajpur, Osmaninagar, Sylhet

Job Responsibilities – PT

• Supervise all physiotherapy and rehabilitation activities within the department.
• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy programs accordingly.
• Perform physiotherapy treatments, including exercise therapy, manual therapy, and electrotherapy.
• Lead and train junior physiotherapists and support staff.
• Maintain all physiotherapy equipment and ensure safe operation.
• Prepare departmental reports, schedules, and documentation.
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Uphold patient confidentiality, hygiene, safety, and ethical standards.
• Participate in hospital training and staff development programs.
• Perform additional responsibilities assigned by management.
