Responsibilities & Context:
Chanto Education is looking for Student Visa Counselor for Japan experienced person with core student visa processing knowledge.
Job Responsibilities:
Possess a sound knowledge of the admission processes and Visa application
Maintain regular and effective communication with students, providing them with guidance and support throughout the admission process.
Maintain accurate and updated records of student profiles, application materials, and correspondence.
Collaborate closely with educational institutions, visa office, and other stakeholders to facilitate application process.
Communicate with clients face to face or over the phone regarding their application step.
Willing to work under pressure, able to complete the given task within Deadline
Other duties as assigned by Chanto Education.
