Responsibilities & Context
- Possess a sound knowledge of the admission processes and Visa application
- Maintain regular and effective communication with students, providing them with guidance and support throughout the admission process.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of student profiles, application materials, and correspondence.
- Collaborate closely with educational institutions, visa office, and other stakeholders to facilitate application process.
- Communicate with clients face to face or over the phone regarding their application step.
- Willing to work under pressure, able to complete the given task within Deadline
- Other duties as assigned by Chanto Education.
