∎ Age 20 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Counseling Students: Advise students on study abroad options based on their academic background, goals, and financial capabilities.
∎ Explain visa requirements and procedures for different countries (e.g., USA, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.).
∎ Guide students through the visa application process.
∎ Help in completing visa forms and collecting required documentation.
∎ Schedule visa interviews and prepare students for them.
∎ Ensure accuracy and completeness of all submitted documents.
∎ Stay updated with changing immigration laws and policies.
∎ Maintain student records and keep detailed case notes.
∎ Assist students in selecting suitable courses and institutions based on career goals.
∎ Coordinate with partner universities or colleges for admissions.
∎ Communication: Serve as a point of contact between students and foreign universities.
∎ Respond promptly to inquiries via email, phone, or in-person meetings.
∎ Train students for embassy interviews, including mock interviews and guidance on questions asked.
∎ Track visa application status and follow up with embassies or consulates.
∎ Provide pre-departure briefings and travel assistance.
