∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Administration, Education Counseling, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote, Student Counseling, Student Visa Processing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Immigration & Education Consultancy Service

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Act as the first point of contact for prospective students and their family
∎ Understand the candidate's academic aspirations
∎ Provide initial assessment and advice on course selection
∎ Guide students on the process of application and enrollment
∎ Advise student on application package preparation
∎ Keep up-to-date records of customer relationship management duties
∎
∎ Liaise with other team members to ensure students are provided with the best possible advice
∎ Stay up-to-date with partner university's courses, opportunities and requirements
∎ Attend and participate in external events to promote our services

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
