Job Responsibilities

🎓 Student Counseling & Admissions Support

• Counsel students and parents about studying in Malaysia (Diploma, Bachelor, Masters).

• Guide students on course selection, university options, intake timelines, and documents.

• Follow up with leads (walk-in, online, social media).

• Maintain student records and update CRM/lead sheets.

🎥 Content Creation & Student Engagement

• Take short interviews of students (online & offline).

• Assist in creating reels, short videos, testimonials, and educational content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & YouTube.

• Coordinate with marketing team for content ideas and scripts.

• Participate in campus visits, seminars, or online sessions (when required).

• 📚 Learning & Growth

• Willing to learn digital marketing basics, CRM usage, and online counseling tools.

• Open to learning video presentation, communication skills, and content trends.

• Represent Mastermind Digital professionally in front of students and parents.

Requirements

✅ Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).

• Good communication skills (Bangla & basic English).

• Friendly, confident, and student-focused attitude.

• Comfortable appearing on camera or interviewing students.

• Willing to work both counseling + content-related tasks.

⭐ Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• Experience in education consultancy, counseling, sales, or content creation.

• Basic knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, or short video content.

• Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
