Mastermind Digital is looking for a smart, motivated, and enthusiastic candidate to join our Bangladesh office-based team as a Consultant – Marketing and Education Counselling. This role is ideal for someone passionate about student counseling, higher education, communication, and learning modern digital tools. The selected candidate will support student admissions, counseling, follow-up, and communication activities, while also developing skills in CRM, digital marketing, and online counseling tools.

This position may also involve occasional indoor and outdoor shooting and student interview activities for promotional and communication purposes.

Job Location:

Kawran Bazar (Hassan Plaza - ATN News Building), Dhaka, Bangladesh

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Guide students on study options, universities, programs, and admission pathways

• Counsel students on eligibility, entry requirements, documentation, and application procedures

• Assist students with application preparation, follow-up, and offer letter updates

• Support students throughout the admission and visa documentation process

• Communicate with students and parents through phone, email, WhatsApp, social media, and direct consultation

• Maintain accurate student and lead records in CRM and counselling systems

• Follow up with prospective students to improve engagement and conversion

Additional Requirements:

• Professionally experienced of using social media, Microsoft Office, CRM systems

• Participates in video, branding, advertainments, podcast activities for Company and its businesses

• Smart, honest, transparent, energetic and proper pronunciation

• Represent Mastermind Digital professionally
