Job Context:
Mastermind Digital is looking for a smart, motivated, and enthusiastic candidate to join our Bangladesh office-based team as a Student Counselor / Admissions Support Executive. This role is ideal for someone passionate about student counseling, higher education, communication, and learning modern digital tools. The selected candidate will support student admissions, counseling, follow-up, and communication activities, while also developing skills in CRM, digital marketing, and online counseling tools.
This position may also involve occasional outdoor shooting and student interview activities for promotional and communication purposes.

Job Responsibilities:

Student Counseling & Admissions Support

• Counsel students and parents about studying in Malaysia for School Program, Diploma, Bachelor, and Masters

• Guide students on course selection, school or university options, intake timelines, and required documents

• Follow up with leads from walk-ins, online inquiries, and social media platforms

• Maintain student records and regularly update CRM and lead sheets

• Support the admissions process through proper communication and follow-up

Learning & Growth

• Be willing to learn digital marketing, CRM usage, and online counseling tools

• Be open to learning video presentation, communication skills, and content trends

• Represent Mastermind Digital professionally in front of students and parents

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline/ Students [only for Part Time/ Contractual/ Freelance]

Experience Requirements:

• Talkative/ Smart/ Freshers are encouraged to apply

• Previous experience in student counseling, admissions, education consultancy, or customer communication will be an advantage

Additional Requirements:

• Candidates with strong communication skills, long term commitment and interest in education counseling will get preference

• Must have honesty, integrity and loyalty

• Good presentation and counseling ability

• Ability to communicate confidently with students and parents

• Computer, software and internet skills

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Ability to maintain records and work in an organized manner
