We are looking for enthusiastic and communicative individuals who enjoy interacting with students and guiding them toward international education opportunities. The ideal candidate will play a dual role as a student counsellor and a video presenter for digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information to students about study abroad opportunities in countries such as Europe, the UK, China, Malaysia, and other popular destinations.

• Counsel students regarding university selection, course options, admission requirements, and career pathways.

• Guide students through the entire application process including documentation, deadlines, and submission procedures.

• Maintain regular follow-up with prospective students to support their decision-making journey.

• Stay informed about foreign universities, admission policies, visa requirements, and scholarship opportunities.

• Assist students in preparing application materials such as SOPs, CVs, and other required documents.

Video Presentation & Content Creation:

• Present informative and engaging video content for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, YouTube, TikTok).

• Create student-focused content explaining study abroad processes, tips, university highlights, and deadlines.

• Represent the organization confidently in front of the camera.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative content ideas and campaigns.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Passion for helping students and guiding them toward global education opportunities.

• Confidence and fluency in speaking on camera.

• Basic understanding of study abroad processes (preferred, but training can be provided).

• Ability to explain complex information in a simple and engaging way.

• Comfortable using social media platforms and creating video content.
