Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide one-on-one counselling to students on study opportunities in United Kingdom, Europe & other destinations.
∎ Explain admission requirements, tuition fees, scholarships, and visa processes in detail.
∎ Submit applications to foreign universities and ensure all documents are accurate and complete.
∎ Guide students through visa applications, document preparation, and interview training.
∎ Stay updated on immigration policies, visa rules, and university admission trends for key study destinations.
∎ Conduct daily calls, emails, and follow-ups with prospective students to convert leads into enrollments.
∎ Represent the company at education fairs, seminars, and webinars to attract new students.
∎ Use social media, phone, and face-to-face meetings to provide counselling.
∎ Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on counselling and admissions progress.
∎ Assist management with strategic planning, market research, and business development.
∎ Handle student grievances and provide post-admission support.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by senior management.
