Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a skilled and student-focused Senior Education Counsellor who will primarily guide, advise, and convert prospective students interested in studying abroad. This role focuses on counselling, career direction, and continuous follow-up rather than application processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional counselling to students regarding study abroad opportunities

• Guide students in choosing the right country, course, and career pathway based on their academic background and goals

• Explain differences between countries (Europe, USA, Canada, Australia, etc.) and help students make informed decisions

• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students to ensure engagement and conversion

• Build trust and long-term relationships with students and guardians

• Identify student needs and align them with suitable study destinations

• Handle inquiries from social media, calls, and walk-in students

• Work closely with the admissions/application team by forwarding qualified leads

• Meet monthly targets for student conversion and consultation quality

• Mentor junior counsellors (if required)
